What should I have ready for my appointment?
Please have your documents completed but unsigned, along with any information requested by the document recipient. We’ll help you know what to bring before your visit.
What identification do I need?
Bring a current, government-issued photo ID that meets Colorado notarial requirements. If you are unsure whether your identification will work, ask before your appointment so we can help you prepare.
Can you notarize wills and powers of attorney?
We provide notarial services for properly prepared wills, powers of attorney, and other documents that require a notarial act. We do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents.
Do you offer remote e-notarization?
Yes, eligible documents may be completed through remote e-notarization when that option fits your situation. Reach out with your document details and we’ll help confirm the right next step.
Where do mobile notary visits take place?
We meet clients at homes, care communities, offices, and other convenient locations in Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and surrounding southwest Denver communities.
What happens after I send an appointment request?
